Digital orders
Good news! Digital orders are still delivered right away, even while we're gone. As soon as your payment goes through, your digital product is automatically sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Can't find it? Here are a few things to check:
- Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Sometimes it likes to hide.
- Double check which email address you used at checkout. Your product goes to that exact email, so if there was a little typo or you used a different address, that's where it landed.
- Log in to your account on our website to see which email is on your order.
If you've checked all of those and still need help, we'll be happy to sort it out as soon as we're back on October 20th. Since it's just us, there's nobody here to help in the meantime, so thank you for your patience!
Physical orders
The shop is still open while we're off on an adventure in Scotland, but we won't be back to work until October 20th. Any physical orders placed while we're away will ship after we return.
If you order something that's made by hand, like an embroidery stand, please allow one to two weeks from October 20th for it to be made and shipped.
Since it's just us doing all the work behind the scenes, there's nobody here to pack orders while we're out of the country. If you're planning a purchase, especially a gift, just keep that little delay in mind.
