Hello! Please keep in mind that we are a small home based business, operated primarily by 2 people. We do our best to get things out to you just as quickly as we can. Please note that sometimes we are also at the mercy of our suppliers and sometime things such as shipment delays are out of our control. Due to items being made to order, there are no refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to review an item description fully before ordering. If you are not clear about an item, please message me to clarify before purchasing. All sales are final, if you have a question or concern please email us.
Order cancelations- Order cancelation requests may be submitted within 48 hours of your order being placed. If your order is already in process when you submit a cancelation request a 25% restocking fee may be assessed. If your order is already in the stages of shipping it can not be canceled.
*All packages are shipping using USPS with tracking, almost always packages make it to their destination, however on occasion a package may be lost through the USPS. Once an item leaves our business we can not be responsible for missing packages. We can not refund items that are lost. Please use the tracking number provided and contact your local postal office for any assistance needed.
