Your digital pattern is automatically sent to the exact email address you typed in at checkout as soon as your payment goes through.
• Devices often auto fill old or secondary emails
• Files are delivered to whatever email was entered, even if it’s outdated
• We can only resend a file if we can locate your order
* Before contacting us, please:
• Check every email account you use
• Look for your order confirmation email
• Check spam, junk, deleted, or promotions folders
• Log into our website and start a checkout to see which email auto populates
• Save your PDF immediately in a clearly labeled folder
If your order includes both a digital and a physical item, the PDF will not be sent until the physical item ships.
How to Download a PDF
• Open the email with your download link
• Click the link or download button
• On a computer, choose “Save File” when prompted
• On a phone or tablet, tap the download arrow and move the file into your Files app
• Always save your PDF to your computer for long-term access
If You’re Having Trouble Opening the PDF
Most download issues are caused by an individual device, settings, or software.
• Updating your device
• Using a standard PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat
• Avoiding downloads inside apps like Instagram, Facebook, or old browser windows
• Zooming in if the PDF looks blank
• Restarting your device
• Trying again on a computer
Please note: We cannot provide technical support for personal devices, phones, tablets, apps, browser settings, or software issues. Our files are tested on multiple systems before release. If you are experiencing difficulty, the issue is with your individualdevice or settings, not the PDF itself.
If You Purchased a Physical Item
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
After shipment, your local post office is the best point of contact for delivery issues or delays.
